Bon état général, sauf le tissu sous le canapé qui est un peu déchiré (ne se voit pas et facilement réparable).
Utilisé avec des housses de protections, qui peuvent être vendues avec, nettoyé 2x/an avec une shampouineuse. 

Pieds en métal suffisamment haut pour y glisser des caisses de rangement sous le canapé.
