Der obere Tank, der Einfüllbehälter für das Leitungswasser, Kartuschenhalter, Deckel und Sockel, sowie die Hülle der Filtermodule sind aus SAN-Kunststoff. Der hochwertige SAN-Kunststoff enthält keine Weichmacher und ist frei von Bisphenol-A (BPA). Er erfüllt alle Anforderungen, die weltweit an Kunststoffe im Lebensmittelkontakt gestellt werden und ist geschmacks- und geruchsneutral.

Der untere Glastank, in dem ihr gefiltertes Wasser aufbewahrt wird und abgezapft werden kann, ist ein mundgeblasener Trinkwasser Behälter aus Glas, welcher von erfahrenen, tschechischen Glasbläsern von Hand gefertigt wird. Kleine Einschlüsse und Unregelmäßigkeiten im Glas sind der Beweis der besonderen Herstellung. Der Glasbläser bringt das noch glühende, blaue Kristallglas (ohne Blei) in seine Form und beginnt durch kontrolliertes Drehen, Heben und Blasen das Produkt zum Formen. Ist das Werkstück fertig, gibt er durch einen kleinen Schlag auf die Grundform den Glasbehälter von dem langen Glasbläserrohr frei. Die blaue Farbe des Glastanks gibt dem MAUNAWAI® Wasser guten Schutz gegen Lichteinstrahlung und das Wasser wirkt auch im Sommer angenehm erfrischend.

Die Blume-des-Lebens
Diese Gravur wird von Hand mit Hilfe eines Sandstrahls angefertigt. Das  Symbol "Blume des Lebens"  ist besonders schön in seiner Ausdruckskraft. Mit 19cm im Durchmesser bedeckt Sie den Boden des Glasgefässes. Sie gilt zudem als vollendete geometrische Form, die alle Möglichkeiten der geometrischen Grundformen und die Entfaltung des Lebens beinhaltet. Die Lebensblume ist optisch eine große Aufwertung des Wassersystems, an der Sie sich täglich erfreuen. Sie können das PIPRIME K8 / K2 Wasserfiltersystem optional mit oder ohne Lebensblume wählen.
