The Exo Terra terrarium, designed by European herpetologists, is the ideal habitat for reptiles and amphibians. The front doors make maintenance and feeding easier. A latch is specially designed to prevent reptiles from escaping and allows the doors to be opened separately. The fully removable mesh cover allows UVB and infrared rays to enter and facilitates access for decorating and cleaning the terrarium. At the back of the mesh cover, on each side, there are five closable inlets for wires and tubes. This simplifies the installation of Heat Wave heating rocks, waterfalls, probes, etc. in the terrarium. The base of the terrarium is raised to allow the installation of a substrate heating film to heat part of the enlarged surface. The very high front window is ideal for adding thick layers of substrate (for burrowing reptiles), aquatic accessories (paludarium) or for installing an Exo Terra reptile shelter.
