Used, with visible signs of wear on the sole. Size is 39.5, but they can be worn up to size 41 because of the open sole. Then the sole sits simply very close to the heel. Not everyone likes that, but for me it was perfect. They are not really intended for very wide feet. I wore them exactly 1 time to a wedding.
