Rare vintage short-sleeved shirt by Versace, an authentic Made in Italy archive piece with an exceptionally high level of detail.
The white cotton garment stands out with an incredibly refined design: on the left side, it features the iconic Medusa head entirely embroidered in raised tone-on-tone relief. The front fastening is enhanced with spectacular jewel buttons, featuring the profile of the golden Medusa enclosed in the centre.
