These white ruffle bloomers are perfect for adding volume under a skirt/dress or simply worn on their own. They are very comfortable and the material is breathable. The fit of this item is mini shorts and the coverage is decent but not extensive. This item has never been used and is practically new, I bought this back when I was trying out dollette fashion so it’s perfect for this kind of style.
