Nice navy blue rain jacket / coat with hood, adjustable hip band, waterproof zippered pockets on the outside and one zippered breast pocket on the inside. It also has a high neck with a velcro to keep rain and wind out. 
Shower proof, so not for torrential rain, but more than enough for going outside when it‘s raining / drizzling.
