Black pleated maxi skirt from The Kooples. Brand new with tags (can still see the original price, bought last year). 
The material is really flowy and moves beautifully when walking. Kinda sheer, but the skirt has a full (unpleated) underskirt / lining, so the skirt is not see-through. 
The skirt features a velvety belt that could be detached, and an invisible zipper on the side.
