I'd say size M would fit without any problems, you can choose if you want to wear it low waist or high waist.

Cutest black skirt with white flowers and a slit detail at the front.
I did not wear it much so it's as new.
Wearing this with overknees and dollish shoes is so adorable.
It says size S but I wore it and I am a bigger M, smaller L - because it is very stretchy! <3 It's so adorable and I am not 100% sure if I want to give them away, dm me if you really want it.
