Protection class S3 / S7
The model was originally classified as an S3 safety shoe under the older EN ISO 20345 standard. Following the revision of the standard, the corresponding current model is classified as S7.
S3 includes:

Protective toe cap with 200 joules impact resistance
Closed heel area
Antistatic properties
Energy absorption in the heel area
Fuel/oil-resistant outsole
Protection against penetration by sharp objects through the sole
Water resistance or resistance to water absorption of the upper material
Profiled, slip-resistant outsole

Under the current standard, S7 is based on the S3 protection features and adds waterproofness of the entire shoe.
