Vintage! Lightweight transitional jacket – no size indicated, but I would say L, I normally wear 34/36 and wore the jacket oversized.
The seam is slightly coming undone at the left pocket (see photo) and can easily be sewn back up by hand. There are also darker discolourations (see photo).
