Timeless Swiss design classic: the Paper Collector by Willi Glaeser, designed in 1989. The reduced construction made of bent metal wire combines function and graphic impact in a particularly elegant way. The original is still offered today by Thomas Merlo & Partner. The rectangular frames of varying heights, interlocking with one another, form several compartments and ensure that newspapers, magazines and paper can be collected neatly and upright. Especially when empty, the clear geometric structure becomes particularly visible and looks almost like a small wire sculpture. In addition to its classic use as a paper and magazine holder, the object is also ideal for storing records, books, chopping boards or flat folders. Thanks to its open construction, it works both on the floor and raised on a sideboard or chest of drawers. Condition: The overall condition is good and authentically used. The black surface has light age- and use-related marks or minor areas of abrasion, which are visible in the detailed images. Dimensions: L37 x W30 x H37
