Elegant vintage table lamp with a distinctive, sculptural ceramic base and a classic beige fabric shade. The lamp combines an organic mid-century design language with a very beautiful, multicoloured flowing glaze and works both as a functional light source and as a decorative one-off piece.

The lamp base is made of ceramic and has a pronounced, almost spherical bulbous form that tapers upwards into a long, slender neck. The glaze is particularly characteristic: in the upper section, it features warm brown and olive tones that softly transition downwards into dark blue-grey through to anthracite. The finely speckled surface and irregular colour transitions give the lamp the typical handcrafted character of studio pottery.

The large, slightly conical lampshade is covered with beige textile fabric. Its fine vertical texture provides warm, pleasant and diffuse light when switched on. The shade’s calm natural colour creates a pleasing contrast with the darker, iridescent ceramic base.

Condition: good used vintage condition with age-related patina and minor signs of use. The ceramic shows a few small irregularities and occasional marks in the photos, but no obvious major damage. The fabric shade shows slight ageing, small stains or signs of use.
