Very beautiful, streamlined vintage sideboard from the Mid-Century era with a striking vertically grained wooden surface. The strictly geometric design, the narrow surrounding frame and the recessed black base give the piece an exceptionally elegant and architectural appearance.

The front consists of two large side-hinged doors. Thanks to the almost continuous veneer pattern, the two doors appear visually as one calm surface when closed. In the centre there is a discreet black closure or lock fitting.

Inside, the sideboard is divided in the centre. Both compartments have a shelf and therefore offer generous storage space. The significantly lighter wood inside creates a beautiful contrast with the dark-grained exterior surface.

The recessed black base is particularly characteristic, making the cabinet appear to float slightly above the floor. The minimalist design and striking veneer pattern are very well suited to high-quality European furniture from the 1960s.

Condition: 
The sideboard is in beautiful used vintage condition, with age-related signs of use and light patina. The edges and surfaces show some minor marks in places, but overall the piece is very well cared for and harmonious.
