Elegant vintage bedside table by Victoria Baar, Switzerland, from the 1970s.

The contrasting design of a dark brown wooden frame and cream-white surfaces is particularly characteristic. The frame surrounds the body like an architectural structure and flows seamlessly into the four slender legs. The generously rounded corners of the white inserts and drawer fronts lend the otherwise geometric design a softer, distinctly typical Mid-Century feel.

Two spacious drawers provide practical storage and are each opened using a small, centrally positioned metal knob. The top also features a light-coloured surface framed by the dark wooden frame. The combination of dark wood grain, cream white and understated metal fittings appears both warm and graphic.

Condition: Very attractive used vintage condition with slight age- and use-related traces. The drawers and surfaces are overall well maintained.
