Striking vintage bowl made of mouth-blown Murano glass, featuring an exceptionally sculptural form and intense colour effects. Depending on the incidence of light, the heavy glass body shines from deep ruby red to dark amethyst and is effectively accented by several clear, freely shaped glass appliqués.

The three-lobed basic form with its softly curved rim gives the object a sculptural character. Particularly beautiful are the solid, transparent glass elements on the outer sides, which protrude from the coloured glass body like small loops and create captivating light refractions. Viewed from above, it reveals a compact, almost clover-shaped silhouette.

The craftsmanship is also recognisable on the underside: there is a typical pontil/severing mark from the mouth-blown production process. Small irregularities in the shape and glass structure are part of the piece’s handcrafted character and make this example unique.

Condition: good vintage condition appropriate to its age. Noticeable signs of use and scratches are visible on the underside in the area of the base.
