This charming kids’ table from the 1960s impresses with its clear, functional design and the typical material mix of the post-war era. The rectangular tabletop features a grey Resopal surface, known for its robust and easy-care properties. The surrounding edge, bordered in red, adds a lively splash of colour and gives the table a playful touch that comes into its own especially in children’s areas. The base is made of black lacquered metal and is built in a stable construction that is slightly angled. The clean lines and reduced form language are reminiscent of classic school and children’s furniture from that time, where durability and functionality were the main focus. The compact size makes the table versatile—whether as a painting table, play table, or small side table in the living area. The combination of a tough Resopal top, a stable steel frame and the distinctive colour finish gives this piece an authentic vintage character with a high everyday usability. Condition: Used condition with visible signs of wear, especially on the edges with dents and paint chipping. Top with light scratches; overall stable and well usable.
