Exceptional tealight holders made of solid Murano glass, created in 2014 as part of a collaboration between the renowned glassmaker Vistosi, the Swiss atelier Schlaepfer and on behalf of Nestlé. This rare collaboration combines traditional Venetian glass craftsmanship with a modern, sculptural design language. The organically twisted, spiral structure looks like a frozen spiral of glass. By combining clear and intensely turquoise glass, fascinating depth effects are created that shift vividly depending on the angle of the light. The central opening is perfectly integrated for a tealight and, strengthened by reflections, it enhances the object’s sculptural effect. The heavy, solid design highlights the high level of craftsmanship in Murano production. Each piece is unique, with individual glass flows and fine inclusions—typical hallmarks of true handwork.

The engraved signature on the underside (“Murano glass handcrafted by Vistosi atelier and atelier Schlaepfer for Nestlé 2014”) also makes these pieces a documented collectible with clear provenance. A decorative object between art and design—ideal as a statement piece or for a high-quality table setting.
