This stylish pair of bedside tables was designed in the 1960s by Günter Renkel for REGO furniture and belongs to the well-known TWEN series. The furniture embodies the clean, functional Mid-Century style for which Renkel and REGO are known. Characteristic features include the warm teak veneer, the delicate black steel legs, and the subtle black knob handles. Each bedside table has three smooth-operating drawers and provides practical storage space for books, accessories, or personal items. Thanks to their timeless design, they work not only as bedside tables, but also as side cabinets in a living room or office. On the back, there is the original REGO mobile moebel / TWEN label with model number – a nice detail that highlights the authenticity and origin of these design classics. Condition: Good used condition with light signs of age-related wear. The drawers open smoothly; both pieces are stable and ready to use. A rare and authentic designer pair by Günter Renkel for REGO furniture, impressing with high-quality workmanship, timeless design, and original markings.
