This exceptional kidney table from the 1960s combines organic shaping with natural materials and an intriguing surface texture. The freely formed tabletop recalls classic Mid-Century kidney tables and is covered with a black plastic mesh, or alternatively with a structured plastic surface, giving the piece an almost hand-woven look. Thanks to the fine texture, a captivating contrast is created with the warm bamboo legs. Particularly characteristic are the diagonally mounted legs made of solid bamboo, which give the table a light, almost tropically inspired appearance. The combination of a black surface, organic shape and natural bamboo brings to mind the playful leisure and lounge style of the 1950s and 1960s, and makes the table a decorative accent for living spaces, winter gardens or covered outdoor areas. The underside shows a simple, functional construction with wooden struts and a pressed wood panel, typical of smaller series production from that time.

Condition: Used vintage condition with age-related signs of wear, light wear on the surface and minor marks on the bamboo. Stable and functional.
