Decorative free-formed solid art-glass bowl with an organic silhouette. The asymmetrical shape with a slightly undulating rim gives the object a sculptural presence and recalls the expressive formal language of Italian glass design from the second half of the 20th century. The bowl is made from thick-walled glass and features a multi-layered colour scheme with warm amber-brown glass at the lower part that transitions into a bright turquoise band. The upper rim remains clear and transparent and is decorated with irregularly distributed white polka-dot inclusions.

Particularly characteristic are the enclosed round glass lenses or air bubbles along the coloured zone, which lend the bowl a lively texture and depth. The combination of clear areas, coloured glass and decorative melt-in inclusions creates a strong visual dynamic and evokes studio glass works or Italian Murano productions from the 1980s to 1990s. Due to its irregular shape, each view appears slightly different, making the object interesting both as a decorative bowl and as an independent glass sculpture.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with light age-related signs of wear. No visible cracks or chips. The glass is clean and clear with typical small manufacturing inclusions.
