Characterful Mid-Century wall cabinet from the 1950s to 1960s with clear, functional design. The warm-toned wooden cabinet is complemented by two deep red sliding doors, which give the piece a striking graphic effect. The two fronts slide sideways to save space and reveal the interior with a practical shelf. Particularly beautiful are the long, slightly curved dark wooden handles, which create an elegant contrast with the red surfaces. The side view reveals the furniture’s distinctive construction: the cabinet tapers slightly towards the bottom, giving it a subtle trapezoidal profile. Metal eyelets for wall mounting are located on the back. The cabinet is therefore particularly well suited as a floating wall element, but can equally be placed on a sideboard or another surface. Thanks to its compact format, the piece can be used in a variety of ways as a small wall cabinet, bookcase or crockery cabinet, bar compartment or decorative storage element. The combination of natural wood, vibrant red and dark handles gives it an unmistakable Mid-Century character. Condition: Good, authentic vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The wooden cabinet has minor scratches, knocks and discolouration, particularly on the edges and corners. The red sliding doors show slight surface marks. Dimensions: L75 x W30 x H47 cm
