Elegant Mid-Century chest of drawers by Austinsuite, probably from the 1960s, with a very balanced design language characterised by British and Scandinavian influences. Particularly characteristic are the slightly splayed, tapered legs and the elegant curved wooden handle rails integrated into the front.

The front is clearly structured while also being varied. The upper section contains three shallower drawers, with two significantly larger, deeper drawers below. This asymmetrical arrangement not only creates a distinctive look, but also provides versatile storage space for smaller and larger items.

The drawers are finely crafted and reveal beautiful traditional wooden joints when opened. The warm wood tone and subtle grain give the piece of furniture a homely, timeless appearance. The slightly overhanging top and slender base structure emphasise its elegant Mid-Century character.

Condition: Good used vintage condition with age- and use-related marks. Minor scratches, scuffing and signs of use are visible on the side surfaces and on individual edges. Overall, the piece presents very harmoniously and authentically.
