Compact table lamp in a functional industrial style with a heavy metal base, tall adjustable rod and characteristic jointed arm. The half-round metal shade is painted a dark fir green and is tiltable via a screw adjustment. Metallic surfaces show a natural, even patina – typical of early workshop or laboratory lamps. The original toggle switch is on the base; the cable appears contemporary but not recent. A faded POPULAR MECHANICS label is visible on the shade, indicating an American origin for the lamp.

Condition: Clear signs of use, paint chips on the shade, patina and oxidations on the metal, functional screw fittings with wear; electricals operational.
