Elegant Ikora bowl by WMF from the 1930s with an exceptional effect of colour and surface. The flattened, almost floating shape gives the bowl a light and organic appearance, typical of the expressive glass design of the Art Deco period. Particularly characteristic is the finely branched Ikora decor with web-like white inclusions as well as cloudy colour gradients in coral orange, Bordeaux and slightly opalescent white and aqua tones. Through mouth-blown art glass, a lively sense of depth is created with changing reflections and fine structures that stand out differently depending on the angle of light. The combination of sculptural shaping and artistic glasswork makes this bowl a decorative collectible piece with a strong presence. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related signs of use. Occasional fine scratches and light signs of use on the stand ring.
