The elongated, almost capsule-like shape gives the mirror a calm, graphic effect .

The frame is made of light, warm-toned wood with clearly visible grain and natural knot markings. The generous mirror centre is enclosed by a simple, comparatively wide wooden frame. The symmetrical design with a semicircular finish at the top and bottom is particularly attractive.

There is a recessed metal hanger on the back in the upper section, allowing the mirror to be hung on a suitable wall fixture. The construction appears solid and suitably stable for a large-format wall mirror.

Condition: 
The mirror is in good, authentic vintage condition with signs of wear due to age and use. The wood shows minor scratches, pressure marks and abrasion in places, particularly along the outer edges and in the lower rounded section.
