A simply designed stool with a solid beechwood frame and a hand-woven seat made from robust webbing straps in natural beige, with fine black and yellow accents. The clear geometric construction with a square base and visible wooden joints is reminiscent of functionalist designs of Scandinavian modernism. The graphic woven pattern of the seat is particularly striking, giving the reduced design warmth and a handcrafted character. The light wood surface harmonises ideally with the textile upholstery and underlines the timeless, homely look of the piece.

Condition: Good vintage condition with light signs of age-related wear. The weaving is in beautiful and stable condition.
