French floor lamp made of light-stained rattan and bamboo, 1960s/70s 

Expressive French floor lamp from the 1960s/70s with a sculptural hourglass shape and a delicate construction of dark-stained rattan and bamboo. The fine vertical struts enclose a textile inner shade and, when switched on, create a particularly warm and atmospheric play of light. Thanks to the open structure, the lamp has a light, almost graphic appearance—typical of French Organic-Modern designs from this period.

The organic form and the combination of natural materials and handcrafted workmanship give the lamp a decorative yet elegant character. Ideal as mood-setting accent lighting in Mid-Century, Boho, or postmodern interiors.

Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related signs of use, a lovely patina on the rattan and bamboo, and light marks on the inner diffuser.
