Set of six original stackable chairs from the Swiss manufacturer Embru. The chairs stand out for their clear, functional design language and high-quality industrial craftsmanship. The seat and back surfaces are made of shaped beech plywood with a warm honey tone, resting on a delicate, galvanized steel tube frame. The elegantly curved lines of the side frames connect the seat and backrest into a harmonious whole and give the design a light, almost floating effect.

Thanks to their well-thought-out construction, the chairs can be stacked in a space-saving way and were originally developed for schools, multipurpose rooms, cafeterias and public facilities. Today, they impress as authentic mid-century design classics and fit in both private living spaces and modern contract areas. The combination of natural wood and straightforward metal gives them a timeless, typically Swiss character.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-related signs of use. Light patina on the metal frame as well as smaller signs of wear on the wooden surfaces. Stable and fully functional.
