The bowl has an organically curved, asymmetrical shape with widely raised sides and a strongly defined rim. Due to the varying thickness of the glass, the colour changes depending on the incidence of light, from delicate lilac to deep aubergine and almost black violet. The solid base area and darker rim zones in particular create a very three-dimensional, sculptural impression.

With its elegant, minimalist shape, the bowl works both as a decorative centrepiece and as a small catchall, sweet or jewellery bowl. 

Condition
Beautiful vintage condition with age- and use-related signs. More noticeable fine scratches are present on the underside of the base area. Small dots or manufacturing-related inclusions can occasionally be seen in the glass.
