Statement coffee table from the 1980s with a square glass top and sculptural metal underframe. The clear 70 x 70 cm glass surface appears almost to float on two horizontal, anthracite-coloured support elements connected to the top by transparent spacers. The underframe consists of two trapezoid-shaped steel side panels in dark anthracite. Two cylindrical, blue lacquered crossbars serve as both structural and design elements: they connect the frame and give the table a strong graphic identity. Thanks to the transparent tabletop, the underframe looks like a freestanding sculpture. 

Condition: Good vintage condition with light, superficial scratches on the glass top as well as minimal signs of use on the metal frame. Stable construction and fully functional.
