Elegant Scandinavian mid-century sideboard from the Øresund series, designed by Børge Mogensen for the Swedish manufacturer Karl Andersson & Söner. The straight-lined, understated design, warm wooden surface and slender tapered legs give the piece the matter-of-fact elegance typical of Mogensen’s designs.

The front is functionally divided: on the left are four spacious drawers with integrated wooden handle rails, next to a generous cabinet compartment behind two doors. An interior shelf provides additional storage space. The pared-back front has almost no visible fittings and emphasises the clear Scandinavian character.

The handcrafted construction details and continuous wood grain are particularly striking.

Condition: Authentic vintage condition with clear age- and use-related signs of wear. The top shows scratches, stains, discolouration and marks. There are minor damages or veneer chips on individual edges, particularly on one upper corner.
