The tabletop is composed of numerous irregularly cut stone segments, whose white base colour is traversed by striking grey to anthracite-coloured veining. The geometric mosaic creates a lively, almost graphic surface and makes every detail of the tabletop interesting. The surrounding edge is also clad with narrow marble segments, carefully integrated into the overall design.

Despite the massive appearance of the stone, the oval shape looks light and elegant. The tabletop is supported by a central metal column with a flat, star-shaped base. The clear construction and low, horizontally emphasised silhouette are characteristic of high-quality European interior design from the 1970s.

Condition
Good authentic vintage condition with age- and use-related signs. The stone surface appears very well maintained overall in the available photos. Minor irregularities, signs of use and age-related changes to the joints, edges and metal frame are to be expected in a piece of furniture of this age and form part of its original character.
