These are colourful chairs that are strongly influenced by the 1980s and early 1990s. 

The frame is made of black-painted round steel tubing with a simple, functional construction. Characteristic is the semicircular backrest, which is formed into a graceful curve downwards. The seat and backrest are padded and upholstered in faux leather in vivid, contrasting colours: the seats in a coral red, the backrests in a light turquoise. The back of the backrest is reinforced with vertical struts, giving the chair both stability and a graphic effect.

The combination of black-painted round steel tubing and colourful faux leather is reminiscent of postmodernism and Memphis-style furniture designs that were popular in the late 1980s. 

Condition: The chairs are in a stable, usable condition. The covers are colour-intense and without major damage; they only show slight pressure marks in places. The black metal frames show scratches and small paint chips consistent with age and use. Overall authentic chairs with charming vintage character, ready to use.
