Six characterful vintage wooden tavern chairs. The chairs combine a traditional, rustic design language with a simple and robust construction, typical of restaurants, taverns and rural establishments of that period.

Particularly striking is the open backrest with three vertical, wave-shaped wooden slats and a slightly curved upper rail. The organic lines give the chairs a distinctive, almost sculptural appearance and create a beautiful contrast with the functional construction.

The slightly shaped seats rest on four round, outward-angled legs. Subtle turned details on the legs and the dark brown wood surface emphasise the traditional character.


Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The wooden surfaces show scratches, minor pressure marks, scuffing and slight colour variations in places.
