Four distinctive vintage bar stools by the German manufacturer SCHMITZ, featuring black-painted tubular steel frames and round wooden seats. The pared-back, functional design recalls classic workshop, laboratory and industrial furnishings, giving the stools an authentic industrial character.

The slightly recessed seats made of laminated wood feature a particularly expressive patina. Due to the heavy wear of the dark surface finish, the warm tone of the wood shows through in places. This creates a lively interplay of black, brown and natural wood textures, giving each stool an individual character.

The slender, black-painted tubular steel frames are fitted with circumferential crossbars that also serve as footrests. Rounded tube sections and grey floor glides complete the functional construction. The stools can be stacked to save space.

Condition: Clearly used vintage condition with pronounced patina. The wooden seats show heavy surface wear, scratches and extensive loss of colour. Scratches and paint abrasion are also visible in places on the tubular steel frames.
