Four postmodern dining chairs from the 1980s. The combination of delicate chromed metal frames and black upholstered elements gives the chairs an elegant, graphic appearance characteristic of the design of this era.

The continuous metal frame forms an open sled base and flows smoothly at the sides into the armrests and the support of the backrest. The curved, half-moon-shaped backrest is particularly striking; together with the angled struts, it creates a dynamic silhouette.

The seat and backrest are upholstered and covered in black faux leather. The contrast between the gleaming chrome and the black surfaces emphasises the chairs’ minimalist, postmodern character.

Stylistically, the chairs are reminiscent of Italian designs from the 1980s. 


Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The chromed frames show minor scratches and slight patina in places. The black upholstery is generally well maintained and without any noticeable major damage.
