Two iconic Rey chairs by Swiss designer Bruno Rey, designed in 1971. The design is considered one of the best-known Swiss furniture classics and combines a clear, reduced design language with a technically innovative construction. Characteristic is the screwless connection of the solid wooden legs to the round seat using a patented die-cast aluminium system. The curved backrest echoes the soft contours of the upholstered seat and gives the chair its distinctive silhouette. The chairs feature a warm-grained wooden frame with a characteristically curved backrest and round upholstered seats in beige fabric. The combination of solid wood, visible aluminium connections and soft upholstery gives the pair a balanced yet distinctive appearance. Thanks to their construction, the chairs can be stacked to save space. A timeless pair from the history of Swiss design, which integrates excellently into both modern and classic interiors.
