Characterful vintage armchairs by Design + Handwerk, made of warm-toned wood and featuring the original manufacturer’s plaque “Ein original Design + Handwerk – Modell zum Liebhaben”.

The chairs are distinguished by their softly curved and organic forms. Particularly striking is the wide backrest, which flows seamlessly into the rounded armrests and is supported by slender wooden bars. The slightly splayed legs echo the curved lines and give the chairs a balanced yet elegant silhouette.

The seats are comfortably upholstered and covered in a geometrically patterned fabric in muted shades of violet, green and ochre. The warm wood tone creates a beautiful contrast with the darker textile and emphasises the homely vintage character of the chairs.


Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related signs of wear. The wooden surfaces show slight scratches, rubbing and minor signs of use in places. The upholstery and fabric covers are in a well-maintained condition consistent with their age.
