Rare pair of upholstered Stella chairs made in Switzerland, made for Roche Basel in 1971. The clearly outlined silhouette with slender chrome-plated steel tube legs and softly upholstered seat and backrest surfaces combines functional elegance with the straightforward design language of the early 1970s. The vivid blue wool fabric gives the chairs an expressive presence and creates an attractive contrast with the delicate metal frame.

The ergonomically shaped backrest and the comfortable upholstery ensure pleasant seating comfort, making the chairs suitable for dining areas as well as meeting rooms or stylish workspaces. Particularly appealing is the original Roche inventory label on the underside, which documents the origin of the chairs and highlights their historical character.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-related signs of use. The blue upholstery fabric is in well-kept condition, and the chrome-plated frame shows light signs of use. Stable and fully functional.
