Bought at a vintage store in Lyon and never worn as I was unable to style it! She deserves a better home who will make use of such a unique piece. 
This skirt is absolutely beautiful, the material is very soft and light and hand made. It has a button and zipper and is fitted at the waist. Note that the zipper leaves a tiny gap a few millimeters from the top however personally not noticeable. 

I’ve noted a size S as that typically is my waist size however if you are a size M with a smaller waist but larger hips, it should equally fit well. 

There is no brand or fabric tag, however it feels exactly like silk and was sold to me as such 🫶
