Ants arena (formicarium) from Antcube/Antstore.

The arena is in good condition. That means there are no damaging issues to the glass. On the bottom there are some visible scratches. Also, in certain places there is dirt that didn’t fully come off after a wash cycle. If you wipe over it again, it should go away.

In general, the arena is therefore completely functional.

Directly attached are basin hose connectors at the holes on the side. So you can easily connect the arena via hoses to other elements. The basin hose connectors show slight signs of wear, but they still work. (If they were to fail at some point, replacement parts could be purchased at Antshop.)

I bought my copy back then from Antstore in Germany. In Switzerland, at Antshop, the arena including frame costs 84 francs new. (However, there the frame is only available in a different width.)

This arena can be used without any additional cover without any problems. On the frame, an escape-proof cover can be attached. This can be bought at Antshop (e.g. paraffin oil), but you can also easily make one yourself. For that, you mix baby powder with water, apply it to the frame, and let it dry. So far, no ant has escaped.
