It impresses with multiformat recording to the 200 GB hard drive (up to 355 hrs in EP mode), DVD-RAM, DVD-RW/-R, DVD+R and VHS. Playback of DVD-RAM/-RW/-R/+RW/+R, DVD-Audio/-Video, JPEG from CD, MP3, SVCD and CD-R/RW make it a format artist. The Super Drive System additionally offers the 1 second "Quick Start" function, which makes the unit ready to record in just 1 second after switching on and provides the convenient EPG (Electronic Program Guide) in just 1 second.

For high-quality picture when dubbing VHS to DVD, the integrated Time Base Corrector and the Digital Noise Reduction function ensure good results. A DV input for camcorder recordings and an SD card slot round off the feature set of this multi-recorder.
