Brown Mary Janes from Bershka. They have a small platform heel. I only wore them twice but I walked through gravel with them once, hence why you have some slight visible dust marks and scrapes. 
Size is 38 but I find that they run a bit small, as I'm usually a 38 but these were too tight for me.
