Very beautiful 90s-00s blouse by Gerry Weber. Playful double ruffle collar with a wide V-neckline. Slightly fitted cut with flattering panel seams. Gathered cuffs with tie straps and metal beads matching the buttons. Light shoulder pads for drrrrrrama.
