Blouse by Marc Kehnen in size 36 with a button placket at the back, a small stand-up collar and cut-outs at the neckline. The cut-outs can be seen in the second picture. I inserted a white sheet of paper into the neckline there so that the cut-outs can be seen more clearly. 
The blouse is a genuine vintage model and was made in West Germany. It is made of 73% silk and 17% polyester.
