Navy blue Polo by Ralph Lauren jacket with a diamond-quilted front, fleece sleeves, stand-up collar, zip fastening, side pockets and ribbed cuffs. 

I bought this lightweight jacket second-hand. It is used and has signs of wear on the sleeves (see photo).
