Two(2) outer pockets and Six (6) inner pockets.
Two handles, Zip closure and an adjustable fabric belt for cross body wear or hanging on the stroller handle.
The bag was used as a hospital bag and for a few more uses when my child was a newborn. I had to switch to a rucksack since I barely used the stroller. 
Due to being stored in a wrong position, the plastic base (sewn into the fabric) is a bit bent. But it is not a major issue affecting the use.
