Vintage vase made of thick clear glass, designed by Bengt Edenfalk for Skrufs Glasbruk, Sweden, 1960-1970.

Very nice massive rectangular model, with raised decoration made of textured ovals and horizontal lines. The chamfered edges and the thickness of the glass give the piece a beautiful presence, typical of Scandinavian glass design from this period.

The vase is signed « Edenfalk Skruf »; the signature is visible to the naked eye but difficult to photograph.

Overall good vintage condition. To note: a fine scratch on the inside, as well as two very small knocks on the glass, one on an edge and the other near the upper rim. They are hardly visible and can only be felt slightly to the touch. The vase remains very decorative and perfectly usable.
