Dark blue sleeveless dress with a lapel collar, a zipper running all the way down, and decorative pleated pockets. Short flared skirt section made of shiny fabric. Worn, well-kept condition. I got the piece gethrifted at Michelle Tamar. The brand is called AMZ; I think it was a prototype by a young designer. I made it a bit tighter myself so the waist sits well.
